As operations manager you will

As an Operations Manager, you would be working within the International Operations team and in collaboration with other departments, to ensure a high performance against our clients’ requirements, as well as contributing to our open feedback culture to drive continuous improvement within the workplace.

  • Handle client documentation and notarial process in Lithuanian
    Perform various tasks related to loan origination: agreements,quality assurance, notarial visit, monitoring payments
  • Support debt collection process and help clients avoid late payments
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and projects
  • Closely communicate and collaborate with team members and other departments

  • Ownership of the best client experience
  • Ability to multi-task and take responsibility & ownership in challenging situations
  • Good computers skills (Microsoft Office packages)
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken)
