Update: there's been a change in the rating to B+ as well an income for 2022 was added. The farmer sent her invoices for the current year. She has already made more income from January to July, than in the whole 2021.
This is the farmer’s sixth loan with HeavyFinance. The owner is very motivated to make 2022 their breakthrough year and that can already be seen in the income increase with every month. It definitely shows the rapid growth of her business.
The farmer inherited the farm where she worked for the past 15 years from her grandparents after she finished her agriculture degree. She is now the main person managing the farm, but her family continues to help her with the day-to-day operations.
This year her farm grew from 3,77 ha to 13,39 ha and she owns all of that land.
The farm specializes in cucumbers, courgettes, and lettuce. The farm recently received money from subsidies for its development.
The farmer wants to borrow 70% of the value of the sprayer, the rest will be paid from their pocket.
The farmer plans to buy a new sprayer for further developments of the farm. The purchased sprayer will be used as collateral for the loan. To make this loan more secure, the borrower's father Marcin Dąbrowski also provides personal surety.

Šitam projektui, kyla rizika prarasti visą gautą pelną ir investuotas lėšas.
Tokiu atveju, Projekto savininkui neįvykdžius savo įsipareigojimų, Platformos operatorius imsis visų būtinų priemonių investuotojų interesams apsaugoti ir panaudos pateiktą užstatą, tačiau Platformos valdytojas negarantuoja visiško Projekto savininko įsipareigojimų įvykdymo.
Finansinėms sutartims netaikoma Lietuvos Respublikos indėlių ir įsipareigojimų investuotojams draudimo įstatymo nustatyta draudimo apsauga.
Papildoma informacija:
Projekto savininkui nesurinkus finansuotinų sumų, surinktos lėšos grąžinamos rėmėjams pervedant jas į sąskaitą, iš kurios buvo pervestos. Platformos operatorius taip pat turi teisę pasiūlyti Projekto savininkui per Projekto finansavimo terminą sumažinti finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsti Projekto finansavimo terminą. Tokiu atveju, sumažinus finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsus Projekto finansavimo terminą, visais atvejais apie tai pranešama Platformoje ir informuojami Fondo finansuotojai.
