To help a farmer collect funds faster, we offer you to earn even more. When investing, use the promo code Heavy966 and get 3.00% cashback.

To make this loan more secure the farmer's father is a guarantor (Waldemar Polkowski is already our client with loan number PL0000640).

The owner of the project runs the farm together with his father. They gradually increase the area under cultivation. This year they additionally leased 70 hectares.

The farmers cultivate:
  • maize 50ha
  • triticale eco 20ha
  • wheat 40ha
  • oats eco 10 ha
  • cereal mixes 10ha
Farmers consistently invest in the farm by buying new machinery, they currently use 3 John Deere tractors and a John Deere harvester. They have the complete equipment needed for cultivation, but as the acreage increases, the equipment needs to be more efficient.

This year, the project owner received a positive decision regarding funding from the European Union for the purchase of machinery (used as collateral). The farmer will be reimbursed within a year for the costs incurred in purchasing the machinery.
Organic cereals have been grown on farms for a long time. This year, however, the farmer's son established a partnership with P. Krücken Organic GmbH, through which they also receive an income in euros, and they plan to develop this partnership further. Thanks to eco-cultivation, the project owner also receives additional subsidies.

A loan from HeavyFinance, will allow the farmer to buy the necessary equipment to develop the farm.

The income for 2022 (11 453€) consists of 3 883€ in subsidies.
