2015 m. Tsvetomir įkūrė savo įmonę "Agropol 2014 Ltd.", kurios pagrindinė veikla - augalininkystė. Ūkis įsikūręs Vracos rajone, Mizijos savivaldybėje. Žemės ūkio paskirties žemėje auginami kviečiai, saulėgrąžos, kukurūzai ir rapsai.
Ūkio plėtra visada buvo bendrovės tikslas. Jie išplėtė savo ūkio teritoriją nuo 300 ha ariamos žemės 2022 m. iki 506,52 ha 202 m. Šiandien bendrovė iš viso valdo 1103,07 ha, o tai padeda didinti ūkio pajėgumus.

Bendrovės pajamos nuolat didėja. 2022 m. pajamos viršijo 5 mln. eurų. Be to, 2021 m. bendrovė gavo daugiau nei 4 mln. eurų pajamų, beveik dvigubai viršijančių 2020 m. pajamas dėl geresnio derliaus visus metus ir, žinoma, didesnių pajėgumų.
Tai ne pirmoji UAB "Agropol 2014" paskola "HeavyFinance" platformoje. Anksčiau bendrovė yra paėmusi dvi paskolas, kurių bendra suma - 78 705 EUR apyvartinių lėšų sėklų, trąšų ir degalų išlaidoms padengti. Pirmoji paskola jau visiškai grąžinta, šiuo metu bendrovės aktyvus paskolos likutis yra 27 675 €. Neseniai bendrovė iš "HeavyFinance" investuotojų bendruomenės apyvartiniam kapitalui pritraukė 23 649 €, šiuo metu vyksta paskolos dokumentavimo procesas.

Dabar bendrovė siekia pasiskolinti dar 37 911,00 € sėklų, trąšų ir degalų išlaidoms padengti. Paskola bus užtikrinta ratinio krautuvo ir diskinių akėčių įkeitimu

Project risks

For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.

In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.

Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.

Additional information:

If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
