Gintauto Balkevičiaus mišriame ekologiniame ūkyje auginamos melžiamos karvės, mėsiniai galvijai ir grūdai. Molėtų rajone, Alantos miestelyje įsikūręs Gintautas ūkininkauti pradėjo 2010 m. su 20 ha dirbamos žemės ir per dešimtmetį jo valdomas ūkis išsiplėtė iki daugiau nei 300 ha. Ūkininkas taip pat turi ne vieną mažiau nei penkerių metų senumo technikos vienetą.
Plėsdamas savo ūkį jis nusprendė įisgyti naują pašarų smulkintuvą-maišytuvą-dalintuvą „Spirmix Trap Door 180“ už 43.000 Eur. Iš viso, ūkininkas skolinasi 50.000 Eur ir yra pasiryžęs paskolą užtikrinti perkamu technikos vienetu bei jau turimais dviem traktoriais „Deutz-Fahr Agrotron 6150“ ir „Case IH Puma 155“.
Praėjusiais metais Gintauto valdomas ūkis gavo 95.000 Eur pelno, metais anksčiau – patyrė 3.000 Eur nuostolių. Ūkio turtas 2019 m. siekė 484.000 Eur, o 2018 m. jis sudarė 646.000 Eur.

- Investuojant nuo 100€ - palūkanos 10,2%
- Investuojant nuo 1.000€ - palūkanos 10,5%
- Investuojant nuo 5.000€ - palūkanos 11%
- Investuojant nuo 10.000€ - palūkanos 12,1%
- Investuojant nuo 30.000€ - palūkanos 13%
Šiuo metu Platformos operatorius nesudaro galimybės perleisti reikalavimo teisių, kurios įgyjamos sudarant finansavimo sandorius per Platformą. (Nėra antrinės rinkos)
Paskolos tikslas
Pašarų smulkintuvo-maišytuvo-dalintuvo „SPIRMIX 180“ įsigijimui.
Projekto investicinė grąža bei palūkanų išmokėjimas
- Paskolos finansavimo laikotarpio pradžia „HeavyFinance“ (Platformos operatoriaus) platformoje: 2020-07-14
- Paskolos finansavimo laikotarpio pabaiga 2020-07-28 arba kai bus sufinansuota visa suma
- Investavimas: nuo 100€
- Metinė investicinė grąža: nuo 10,2% iki 13%.
- Paskolos terminas: 15 mėn.
- Palūkanos nuo paskolos sumos skaičiuojamos nuo tos dienos (imtinai), kurią paskolos suma išmokama į jos gavėjo sąskaitą.
- Palūkanos mokamos kiekvieną mėnesį, o pirmas palūkanų mokėjimas atliekamas praėjus mėnesiui nuo paskolos išmokėjimo datos.
- Pagrindinė paskolos dalis bus grąžinama su paskutiniu mokėjimu.
Project risks
For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.
In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.
Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.
Additional information:
If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
