Šiuo projektu suteikiame „HeavyFinance“ investuotojų bendruomenei galimybę investuoti į lietuviško mišraus ūkio plėtrą. Finansavimas bus skirtas naujos puspriekabės „UMEGA AGRO SPC 16“ įsigijimui. Paskola bus užtikrinta įkeičiant perkamą techniką.
16 metų ūkininkavimo patirtį sukaupęs verslininkas puoselėja 136,41 ha mišrų ūkį Lazdijų rajone. Čia auginami pieniniai galvijai, kurių šiuo metu yra 50, taip pat derlingiausiose plotuose sėjami kviečiai bei rapsai.
Ūkio veikloje naudojami pora traktorių, kombainas, kratytuvas, grėblys, dalytuvas bei kita reikalinga technika. Gavęs Nacionalinės Mokėjimų Agentūros (NMA) paramą, dabar ūkininkas žada įsigyti naujos technikos. Konkrečiai šios naujos „UMEGA AGRO SPC 16“ puspriekabės įsigijimui projekto savininkas gavo 8.555 € dydžio paramą, kuri bus įsisavinta po galutinio sąskaitų apmokėjimo. Tai yra trečiasis ir paskutinis NMA paramos etapas, tad surinkus reikiamą finansavimą, ūkininkas galės pilnai įgyventi technikos parko modernizavimo projektą, kuriam ir buvo skirta parama.
Ūkininko „HeavyFinance“ paskolų portfelis sudaro 109.225 €.

Deklaruojamos žemės plotas: 136,41 ha, iš kurių 20 ha yra nuosavi.

- Investuojant nuo 500 € - palūkanos 12,3%
- Investuojant nuo 1.000 € - palūkanos 13,0%
- Investuojant nuo 2.000 € - palūkanos 13,2%
- Investuojant nuo 5.000 € - palūkanos 13,5%
Project risks
For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.
In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.
Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.
Additional information:
If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
