Individuali garantija
Šiai paskolai gauta 50% individuali garantija, kurią teikia valstybės valdoma Nacionaline plėtros įstaiga UAB Žemės ūkio paskolų garantijų fondas (ŽŪPGF). ŽŪPGF teikiamos garantijos užtikrina, kad jeigu pasiskolinęs verslas ar ūkis negalės įgyvendinti finansinių įsipareigojimų, iki 50% įsiskolinimo padengs valstybės garantuojama garantijų institucija ŽŪPGF. Apie projektą
Šiuo projektu kviečiame Jus investuoti į mišraus ūkio plėtrą. Projektas skirtas naujo kombaino „CLAAS LEXION 6800“ įsigijimui. Paskola bus užtikrinta perkamo kombaino įkeitimu ir 50% individualia valstybine garantija.
Nuo 2014 metų ūkininkaujantis verslininkas užsiima grūdinių kultūrų ir pieninių galvijų auginimu. 87% ūkio pajamų yra gaunama iš grūdų pardavimo, o likusi dalis iš pieno bei galvijų pardavimo. Verslininkas kasmet plečia savo ūkį, tad dar šiais metais planuoja grūdinių kultūrų plotus praplėsti dar 100 hektarų, taip pat padvigubinti ir laikomų karvių skaičių - jų šiuo metu yra apie 40.
Siekiant vystyti ir plėtoti ūkio vykdomos veiklos potencialą 2016 metais pagal vykdomą 2014-2020 m. Lietuvos kaimo plėtros programą "Parama investicijoms į žemės ūkio valdas" buvo įsigytas traktorius, o 2017 metais - barstytuvas, purkštuvas ir plūgas. Šių projektų įgyvendinimo pabaiga numatoma 2021 metais.
Ir toliau plėsdamas turimą technikos parką, dabar ūkininkas žada įsigyti naują javų kombainą, kurio vertė 320.650 €.

Project risks
For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.
In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.
Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.
Additional information:
If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
