1990 m. įkurta bendrovė „Erato-SIK-Ivanov, Stancheva & Sadrujenie“ yra įsitvirtinusi žemės ūkio įmonė, kurios specializacija - grūdinių kultūrų, tokių kaip kviečiai, kvietrugiai ir saulėgrąžos, auginimas, taip pat rožių, levandų, vyšnių ir slyvų auginimas. Bendrovė dirba 1155 ha žemės, iš kurių 190 ha priklauso bendrovei, ir diversifikavo savo veiklą - vietoje įrengė spirito varyklą eteriniams aliejams iš rožių ir levandų laukų perdirbti.

Siekdama nuolat augti ir diegti naujoves, bendrovė kasmet investuoja į modernią techniką, kad padidintų našumą ir padidintų gamybos mastą. Jų pasiekimai įvertinti prestižiniu 2019 m. Metų žemės ūkio bendrovės apdovanojimu - pirmuoju prizu. 2022 m. „Erato-SIK-Ivanov, Stancheva & Sadrujenie“ gavo beveik 1,94 mln. eurų pajamų, t. y. 21 proc. daugiau nei ankstesniais metais.

Siekdama toliau plėtoti savo veiklą, bendrovė ieško papildomų apyvartinių lėšų sėkloms ir trąšoms įsigyti, taip pat likusiam lizingo likučiui už naują techniką, konkrečiai už ratinį traktorių MASSEY FERGUSON MF7726F, padengti. Šis traktorius bus paskolos užstatas. Dabartinis įmonės paskolos likutis yra 190 876,52 EUR, visa ši suma yra įkeista.

Šia paskola bus remiami nuolatiniai bendrovės veiklos poreikiai, nes ji toliau tęsia savo augimo ir modernizavimo Bulgarijos žemės ūkio sektoriuje kelią.

Project risks

For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.

In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.

Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.

Additional information:

If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
