Šis projektas suteikia „HeavyFinance“ investuotojams galimybę investuoti į lietuviško ekologiško ūkio plėtrą. Finansavimas bus naudojamas 7 žemės ūkio technikos vienetų įsigijimui, o paskolos užtikrinimui bus įkeičiama perkama įranga.
Prieš 16 metų ūkininkauti pradėjusi verslininkė, dabar sėkmingai valdo 93,79 ha ekologišką mišrų ūkį Rokiškio rajono savivaldybėje. Derlingiausiuose ūkio plotuose auginami ekologiniai pašarai gyvuliams, kuriuos sudaro žieminiai ir vasariniai kviečiai, taip pat avižos. Ūkyje taip pat šiuo metu yra ir 50 vienetų pieninių galvijų.
Ūkio veikloje naudojami keli traktoriai, žemės dirbimo frezas, kultivatorius, sėjamoji, presas-vyniotuvas, plūgas, pašarų pervežimo bei kita reikalinga technika. Dauguma jos yra įsigyta gavus Europos Sąjungos finansavimą.
Verslininkė planuoja atnaujinti turimus technikos ir kitos įrangos vienetus, tad šio projekto įgyvendinimui gavo Nacionalinės mokėjimo agentūros paramą (NMA), kuri padengs iki 50% projekto išlaidų, todėl bus pilnai įsisavinta po galutinio technikos įsigijimo. Pilnam projekto įgyvendinimui projekto savininkė skolinasi 59.440 € iš „HeavyFinance“ investuotojų bendruomenės už kuriuos įsigis šiuos technikos vienetus:

- Grėblį „Kverneland 9471 S VARIO“
- Priekabą „Wielton PRS-3S/S14“
- Pakabinamą pneumatinė sėjamąją „Kverneland DL“
- Pašarų smulkintuvą „Siloking Classic-compact 10 m3“,
- Traktorinę puspriekabę „PTL-8G“
- Vandens talpą „T-7“
Technikos pardavėjas: UAB „Dotnuva Baltic“
Deklaruojamos žemės plotas: 93,79 ha, iš kurių 60% yra nuosava.

- Investuojant nuo 1.000 € - palūkanos 12,1%
- Investuojant nuo 2.000 € - palūkanos 12,6%
- Investuojant nuo 5.000 € - palūkanos 12,8%
- Investuojant nuo 10.000 € - palūkanos 13,2%
Project risks
For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.
In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.
Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.
Additional information:
If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
