Šis projektas suteikia „HeavyFinance“ investuotojams galimybę investuoti į lietuviško ekologinio ūkio plėtrą. Finansavimas bus naudojamas dviejų sklypų įsigijimui, o paskolos užtikrinimui bus įkeičiama perkama žemė.
Prieš 13 metų ūkininkauti pradėjęs verslininkas sėkmingai valdo 327,27 ha mišrų ekologinį ūkį Anykščių rajone. Ūkyje pusę žemės ploto užima grūdinės kultūros, o likusioje dalyje ganosi mėsiniai galvijai. Šiuo metu ūkininkas augina 2 bulius, 65 karves bei apie 50 jaunų veršelių bei telyčių. Ūkininkavimo tradicijas puoselėja ir ūkininko šeima - verslininko mama turi apie 180 hektarų žemės ploto, o žmona - 125 ha. Šeima visą valdomą žemės plotą prižiūri bendrai.
Ūkininkas jau ne kartą yra sėkmingai pasiskolinęs iš „HeavyFinance“ bendruomenės ūkio technikos plėtrai. Ankstesniais projektais verslininkas surinko finansavimą naujai technikai įsigyti, kuriai buvo gavęs ir Nacionalinės Mokėjimo Agentūros paramą. Atnaujinęs ūkyje naudojamą techniką dabar ūkininkas yra numatęs nusipirkti naujų žemių. Dviejų sklypų, kurių bendras plotas siekia 14,4713 ha, įsigijimui jis skolinasi 19.700 €.
Ūkyje šiuo metu naudojami keturi traktoriai, kombainas, sėjamoji, grėblys, kultivatorius bei kita reikalinga technika.

- Investuojant nuo 500 € - palūkanos 9,3%
- Investuojant nuo 1.000 € - palūkanos 10%
- Investuojant nuo 2.000 € - palūkanos 10,2%
- Investuojant nuo 5.000 € - palūkanos 10,5%
Project risks
For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.
In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.
Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.
Additional information:
If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
