Šiuo projektu kviečiame investuoti į augalininkystės ūkio technikos parko plėtrą. Paskola bus skirta naudoto kombaino „Claas Lexion 670TT“ įsigijimui ir bus užtikrinta įkeičiant du ūkio veikloje naudojamus sunkiosios technikos vienetus ir perkamą kombainą. Paskola taip pat yra laiduojama projekto savininko tėvo ūkiu.
Nuo 2012 m. Klaipėdos rajone augalininkystės ūkį puoselėjantis ūkininkas užsiima vasarinių ir žieminių kvietrugių, miežių, kviečių, rugių bei žirnių auginimu. Šalia ūkininko valdomų 180,55 ha pasėlių plotų, savo ūkius puoselėja ir kiti verslininko šeimos nariai. Kadangi šeima ūkio veiklą prižiūri kartu, bendras valdomos žemės plotas siekia 500 ha.
Šiuo metu ūkio veikloje yra naudojamas traktorius, krautuvas bei srutovežis.
2021 metų planams ūkininkas yra nusimatęs praplėsti ūkio žemes iki 200 ha.

Projekto savininko deklaruojamos žemės plotas: 180,55 ha, iš kurių 15 ha yra nuosavi.
Laiduotojo deklaruojamos žemės plotas: 189,87 ha, iš kurių 2 ha yra nuosavi.

- Investuojant nuo 500 € - palūkanos 12,50%

- Investuojant nuo 5.000 € - palūkanos 13,00%
- Investuojant nuo 10.000 € - palūkanos 13,10%

Project risks
For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.
In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.
Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.
Additional information:
If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
