Šis projektas skirtas lietuviško kapitalo žemės ūkio bendrovės „Bernotų ūkis“ plėtrai. Paskola bus skirta naudoto kombaino „John Deere T560“ įsigijimui ir bus užtikrinta įkeičiant perkamą technikos vienetą.
Trečius metus gyvuojančios bendrovės pagrindinė veikla yra mėsos produktų gamyba. Įmonė gamina tokius gaminius, kaip dešros, vyniotiniai, žalios mėsos gaminiai. Kartu bendrovė puoselėja ir 620,8 ha ūkį, kuriame auginami rapsai bei žieminiai kviečiai.
Bendrovės veikloje yra naudojamas javų kombainas, purkštuvas, grūdų saugykla bei džiovykla. Šiuo metu įmonei reikia papildomo kombaino, kurio įsigijimui ŽŪB „Bernotų ūkis“ skolinasi 73.600 €.
Nors šiuo metu įmonė gyvulius superka iš kitų ūkių, netolimoje ateityje yra numačiusi įsigyti gyvulininkystės ūkį, kuriame bus auginami mėsiniai galvijai.
Tai ne pirma įmonės paskola „HeavyFinance“ platformoje - praeitą savaitę dalinomės dviem projektais. Bendras dabartinis įmonės paskolų portfelis, įskaitant ir šią, sudaro 200.190 €.
Deklaruojamos žemės plotas: 620,8 ha, iš kurių 15 ha nuosavi.

- Investuojant nuo 500 € - palūkanos 11,4%
- Investuojant nuo 1.000 € - palūkanos 11,7%
- Investuojant nuo 2.000 € - palūkanos 12,0%
- Investuojant nuo 5.000 € - palūkanos 12,2%
- Investuojant nuo 10.000 € - palūkanos 12,4%
- Investuojant nuo 20.000 € - palūkanos 12,9%
Project risks
For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.
In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.
Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.
Additional information:
If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
