Individuali garantija
Šiai paskolai gauta 80% individuali garantija, kurią teikia valstybės valdoma Nacionaline plėtros įstaiga UAB Žemės ūkio paskolų garantijų fondas (ŽŪPGF). ŽŪPGF teikiamos garantijos užtikrina, kad jeigu pasiskolinęs verslas ar ūkis negalės įgyvendinti finansinių įsipareigojimų, iki 80% įsiskolinimo padengs valstybės garantuojama garantijų institucija ŽŪPGF. Apie projektą
Šiuo projektu kviečiame investuoti į lietuviško kapitalo įmonės UAB „Verslo Valstija“ technikos parko plėtrą. Projektas skirtas naudotos sėjamosios bei naudoto mulčerio įsigijimui. Paskola bus užtikrinta perkamos technikos įkeitimu bei gauta 80% individualia valstybine garantija.
Prieš aštuonerius metus įkurta UAB „Verslo Valstija” šiuo metu savo veiklai naudoja apie 570 ha žemės. Ūkyje aktyviai plėtojama augalininkystė - auginamos grūdinės kultūros: kviečiai, rapsas ir miežiai. Taip pat teikiamos biokuro gamybos bei sandėliavimo paslaugos, kurios sudaro apie 10% įmonės apyvartos.
2021 metais įmonės vadovybė tikisi geresnio sezono - nors apsėtas panašus plotas kultūrų kaip ir pernai, tačiau modernizavus technikos parką, tikimasi didesnio tonažo kiekio iš vieno hektaro, o ir produkcijos kainos šiais metais aukštesnės.
Įmonės technikos parką sudaro keletas skirtingų traktorių, kombainas, sėjamoji, skutikas, teleskopinis krautuvas ir kita vykdomai veiklai reikalinga įranga.
Tai ne pirmas įmonės projektas pas mus, viso yra suteiktos 4 paskolos, kurių bendra vertė 188.820 €.

Project risks
For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.
In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.
Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.
Additional information:
If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
