Šiuo projektu kviečiame investuoti į Lietuvos mėsos gamybos įmonės plėtrą.
2012 m. įkurta UAB „Hantera“ užsiima žvėrienos ir galvijienos gamyba bei žvėrienos produktų pardavimu. Bendrovės valdose auginami taurieji elniai, Dovydo elniai, danieliai, muflonai, Šetlando poniai, grynaveisliai aukštaičių ir angusų veislių buliai. Šiuo metu tebelaikomi 154 galvijai ir 271 elnias.
Ūkyje veikia skerdykla, kuriai Valstybinė maisto ir veterinarijos tarnyba yra išdavusi licenciją teikti maisto perdirbimo paslaugas. Bendrovė taip pat turi mėsos pakavimo cechą, kuriame gaminami mėsos konservai. Bendrovė savo produkciją parduoda įvairiose mugėse ir parodose. Elnių ir mėsinių galvijų mėsa vežama perdirbti ir vėliau parduodama pirkėjams, o didžioji dalis produkcijos eksportuojama į Lenkiją.
Be to, nuo 2015 m. „Hantera“ kasmet gauna Žemės ūkio ministerijos finansinę paramą išmokų už mėsinių galvijų auginimą forma. Bendrovė dalyvavo Lietuvos kaimo plėtros 2014-2020 m. programoje ir gavo paramą technikos parkui modernizuoti. Ūkis oficialiai deklaravo apie 26 hektarus.
Įmonėje dirba du darbuotojai, kurie yra ir savininkai, todėl sutaupoma nemažai darbo sąnaudų. Ūkis aprūpintas visa modernia technika - traktoriais, žolės pjovimo mašinomis, presais, priekabomis ir kt. - ir gyvulių laikymo patalpomis.
Įmonės pelno augimas labai priklauso nuo ūkyje užauginamo prieauglio ir grynaveislių galvijų skaičiaus. Iki šiol klientas prašė refinansuoti turimas paskolas, nes būtų sudėtinga grąžinti būsimas įmokas, kadangi galvijai užaugino vėlyvus veršelius, kuriuos realizuoti finansiškai nenaudinga. Paskola užtikrinta bendrovei priklausančiu žemės sklypu ir pastatais

Project risks
For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.
In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.
Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.
Additional information:
If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
