„„HeavyFinance“ kviečia investuoti į ūkį, kurį valdo verslininkas, turintis didelę ūkininkavimo patirtį. Projekto savininkas ūkininkauja daugiau nei du dešimtmečius ir deklaruoja 64,16 hektaro žemės, iš kurių 15,97 hektaro yra jo nuosavybė. Ūkis specializuojasi kviečių, rapsų ir kvietrugio auginime.

Ūkininko teigimu, jis turi visą reikalingą įrangą dirvos paruošimui ir derliaus nuėmimui, įskaitant traktorius, purkštuvus ir sėjamąsias. Šiais metais jis įsigijo galingesnį traktorių ir papildomą žemės plotą.

Šiuo metu ūkininkas turi keturias paskolas „HeavyFinance“ platformoje, ir visos jos grąžinamos nepriekaištingai. Dabar jis kreipėsi į „HeavyFinance“ dėl pagalbos refinansuojant esamas paskolas. Siekdamas užtikrinti paskolos grąžinimą, jis įkeičia 16,67 hektaro žemės kaip užstatą.

Nauja paskola padengs šias esamas paskolas: paskola LT0001738 su likutine suma €30,134.86,, paskola LT0001255 su likutine suma €15,951.99 ir paskola LT0001146 su likutine suma €10,059.93, iš viso sudarančia €56,146.78.

Pajamos ir grynasis pelnas už 2024 metus apima duomenis nuo I iki III ketvirčio.

Project risks

For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.

In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.

Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.

Additional information:

If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
