Apie projektą

Projekto savininkas turi daugiau kaip dvidešimties metų darbo žemės ūkio srityje patirtį. Lenkijoje, Turkowy miestelyje, jis dirba apie 150 ha žemės, kurioje augina įvairių rūšių kultūras. Šiuo metu pasėta 100 ha kviečių, 40 ha rapsų ir 10 ha kukurūzų.

Ūkininko technikos parką sudaro 2 New Holland traktoriai, Case kombainas, Kverneland rotacinis plūgas ir agregatas bei kiti smulkesni ūkio priežiūrai reikalingi padargai.

Ūkis įsikūręs labai konkurencingame regione, kuriame žemė yra labai geros kokybės, todėl ją labai sunku įsigyti. Tačiau per pastaruosius kelerius metus projekto savininkui pavyko nusipirkti papildomus 5 ha žemės.

Dabar ūkininkas skolinasi 38 830 €, siekdamas padidinti apyvartines lėšas. Paskola bus užtikrinta traktoriaus su GPS navigacijos rinkiniu, skirtu laukams kartografuoti, įkeitimu.

Ūkininkas deklaruoja 150 ha žemės, iš kurių 70 ha priklauso jam nuosavybės teise.

  • Investuojant nuo 100 € - palūkanos 12,1 %.
  • investuojant nuo 500 € - palūkanos 12,8 %.
  • Investuojant nuo 1 000 € - palūkanos 13,1 %.
  • Investuojant nuo 2 000 € - palūkanos 13,6 %.
  • Investuojant nuo 5 000 € - palūkanos 13,8%
  • Investuojant nuo 10 000 € - palūkanos 14,2%

Project risks

For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.

In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.

Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.

Additional information:

If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
