With this project, we invite the HeavyFinance investor community to invest in the development of a Lithuanian farm. The received funds will be used in order to purchase a new grain dryer from Dotnuva Baltic, UAB. The loan will be secured by pledging the purchased equipment and a used tractor.
The project owner has been successful in the agriculture field for seven years. During this time he expanded his crop farm in Pasvalys district from 60 to 174.86 ha of declared land areas. Beans, wheat, and dill are mainly grown here.
Having recently rented more lands, the project owner is looking for funding opportunities to purchase new equipment. With this project, the farmer borrows 78.650 €, which will be used to purchase a grain dryer Arska SW348.
Currently, the farm heavy machinery fleet consists of four tractors, a drill, a combine, a cultivator, and other equipment necessary for harvest preparation.
The entrepreneur is not only planning to purchase new equipment but also to complete the grain storage facility that is now under construction. After acquiring more plots of arable land the farmer expects a successful season, therefore he prepares for it in advance.
The HeavyFinance investor community recently financed two farmer loans for the purchase of a seed drill and trailed disc harrow. The total farmer’s HeavyFinance loan portfolio is 71,500 €.
Area of declared land: 174,86 ha, from which 27 ha is owned by the farmer.

Projekto rizika
Šitam projektui, kyla rizika prarasti visą gautą pelną ir investuotas lėšas.
Tokiu atveju, Projekto savininkui neįvykdžius savo įsipareigojimų, Platformos operatorius imsis visų būtinų priemonių investuotojų interesams apsaugoti ir panaudos pateiktą užstatą, tačiau Platformos valdytojas negarantuoja visiško Projekto savininko įsipareigojimų įvykdymo.
Finansinėms sutartims netaikoma Lietuvos Respublikos indėlių ir įsipareigojimų investuotojams draudimo įstatymo nustatyta draudimo apsauga.
Papildoma informacija:
Projekto savininkui nesurinkus finansuotinų sumų, surinktos lėšos grąžinamos rėmėjams pervedant jas į sąskaitą, iš kurios buvo pervestos. Platformos operatorius taip pat turi teisę pasiūlyti Projekto savininkui per Projekto finansavimo terminą sumažinti finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsti Projekto finansavimo terminą. Tokiu atveju, sumažinus finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsus Projekto finansavimo terminą, visais atvejais apie tai pranešama Platformoje ir informuojami Fondo finansuotojai.
