About the project

This project invites you to invest in a Lithuanian crop farm. The entrepreneur, who started farming 7 years ago, is currently cultivating a farm of 86,85 ha in Šakiai district. The farm produces winter wheat, spring barley, winter rape and beans. The farm uses a combine harvester and three tractors.

The farmer adds a few hectares to the area he manages each year and plans to take over another farm in five years' time.

The farmer is currently borrowing €13 500 to buy a mounted cultivator. This is the farmer's second project on the HeavyFinance platform. He recently borrowed €4 500 to cover the farm's seasonal costs and has already paid back the loan in full.

Declared land area: 86,85 ha, of which 10 ha are owned.
