The main activity of MB Domagra is crop production. Additional activities include buying and selling agricultural products and provision of agricultural services (drying, cleaning).
The main strategic objective of the establishment of Domagra is to provide increasingly relevant agribusiness services, i.e. cleaning, drying and storage of crop production. The shortage of these services in Lithuania has been highlighted in recent years when the heavy rains of the last years have resulted in poor quality agricultural produce due to excess moisture, which has necessitated the need for drying and cleaning. The lack of availability or, more precisely, the lack of availability of elevator services has made drying and cleaning difficult.
The farm currently has 150 ha of wheat, 170 ha of rye, 90 ha of barley and 160 ha of rapeseed. As the farm has almost doubled in size, there is a need to expand the material and technical base by acquiring a new combine harvester adapted to work in difficult (rainy) conditions (the harvester is equipped with a crawler chassis).
