We invite you to invest in a mixed dairy and crop farming business!
Located in the Skuodas district, this farm was taken over by the farmer from her parents in 2018 and has been successfully expanding ever since to ensure sustainable and efficient farming practices. Currently, the farmer cultivates 76.92 hectares of arable land, of which 37 hectares are privately owned.
Together with her husband's farm, a total of 165 hectares of land is cultivated, where wheat, barley, and grasses are grown. Part of the harvest is sold, while the rest is used for feeding the livestock. At present, the farm is home to 59 dairy cattle.
The farm operates with modern and diverse machinery, including three tractors, a seeder, a baler, a slurry tanker, a feed distributor, a manure spreader, a cultivator, five trailers, a sprayer, a mower, a hay tedder, and water tanks. This equipment enables efficient farm management and ensures high-quality milk production and crop cultivation.
The farm is currently borrowing funds for refinancing, aiming to optimize financial flows and maintain operational stability.
Join this project and contribute to the success and sustainable growth of this mixed farm!
