Location of the farm The farm is located in the village of Losy, Warmińsko- Mazurian, Ilawa county, Lubawa municipality. Losy is a small village famous mainly for its agriculture.
In 2017, the farmer inherited a family farm of about 16 hectares which, year by year is expanding with more leases. As of today, He owns about 34 ha. Plus from nearby farmers who do not want to make a lease agreement is about 60ha.
The mixed farm focuses on both crop and livestock production (poultry and beef cattle). The farmer has been raising slaughter poultry since 2018. Every year, the project owner manages the 17 insertion of 24,000 pc each reared and fattened up to six weeks and returned to the slaughterhouse. The farm get feed and chicken in compensation settled after the casting.
The man also has been running beef cattle since 2015, as of today he raise 196 fattening cattle plus those cattle which are under contract with the company Zakłady Mięsne Łuniewscy about 200 heads.
His crop farm consists of corn (silage) 60%, wheat 20%, triticale 20% plus to this fallow land for hay silage and after harvesting corn for silage we sow between the yields (grass with a Gorzow mixture). He obtains good yields keeping in mind the economy environmentally friendly and placing great emphasis on the welfare of the economy surrounding nature.
The income obtained is invested, continuous improvement of the farm , and an example is the purchase of new agricultural machinery. The man is assisted in running the farm by my wife with the well-equipped machinery on the farm - tractor Same Antares, Ursus c360, tractor, fertilizer spreader, disc mower, tractor New Holland TM 190, Kevreneland 6-plow rotary plow, Gruber, Hardii trailed sprayer, Kinstal harrow, Wrapper, Metal-Tech TS 18 trailer, 2 single axle trailers load capacity 9 tons.
The farmer is planning to add Telescopic loader MERLO TF 38.10 CS 145 to his technical fleet with two loans from HeavyFinance, 79 000 € in total and will pledge the loader to be purchased on both two loans in equal pledge value. This is the first loan of 39 500 € will be secured by a pledge value of 67 115 €, resulting the 59% LTV.

Šitam projektui, kyla rizika prarasti visą gautą pelną ir investuotas lėšas.
Tokiu atveju, Projekto savininkui neįvykdžius savo įsipareigojimų, Platformos operatorius imsis visų būtinų priemonių investuotojų interesams apsaugoti ir panaudos pateiktą užstatą, tačiau Platformos valdytojas negarantuoja visiško Projekto savininko įsipareigojimų įvykdymo.
Finansinėms sutartims netaikoma Lietuvos Respublikos indėlių ir įsipareigojimų investuotojams draudimo įstatymo nustatyta draudimo apsauga.

Projekto savininkui nesurinkus finansuotinų sumų, surinktos lėšos grąžinamos rėmėjams pervedant jas į sąskaitą, iš kurios buvo pervestos. Platformos operatorius taip pat turi teisę pasiūlyti Projekto savininkui per Projekto finansavimo terminą sumažinti finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsti Projekto finansavimo terminą. Tokiu atveju, sumažinus finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsus Projekto finansavimo terminą, visais atvejais apie tai pranešama Platformoje ir informuojami Fondo finansuotojai.
