The operator of the crowdfunding platform Heavyfinance.com (the “Platform”) takes measures to ensure that credible crowdfunding projects are published on the Platform, however, the risks associated with investment always remain. Investor may lose all profits and (or) amounts invested through the Platform. The insurance protection provided by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania is not applied to the crowdfunding funds provided through the Platform.

All actions performed by the Platform’s users on the Platform are regulated by the Agreement on Use of Crowdfunding Platform Heavyfinance.com, which is concluded with all users of the Platform.

The rights and obligations of investors and project owners, as well as the mutual relations are regulated, inter alia, in accordance with the procedure and conditions established in the General Terms of Loan Agreement. Other documents approved by the operators of the Platform and published on the Platform, which can be accessed here, also apply to the actions performed by the users on the Platform.

Fees approved by the operators of the Platform are applied to actions performed by the users on the Platform, conclusion of crowdfunding transactions. Service rates are published on the Platform.

IMPORTANT! The operator of the Platform bears no responsibility for the losses suffered by investors when investing through the Platform and does not guarantee that the project owners shall perform their obligations properly.
