HEAVY FINANCE promotion “Travel to Porto” terms and conditions
The HEAVY FINANCE competition “Travel to Porto” is held in Lithuania (hereinafter referred to as “the campaign”), company code: 305576227, A. Mickevičiaus g. 5-101, LT-08119 Vilnius.
Promotion principle:
The trip is awarded to the new registered investor who invests the most money in one project on the primary market and the user who invites him/her with a unique registration link (found at https://heavyfinance.com/referral/). Gift baskets are awarded to the second and third largest investors on the primary market and the users who invited them.
Prize pool:
The prize fund consists of one (1), five-day trip for two people to Porto and fours (4) gift baskets sent by the post to the recipients.
Trip includes:
A. Airfare from Vilnius to Portugal (both ways)
B. 4 days’ accommodation with breakfast
C. 2 educational excursions to farmers’ fields with a local guide
D. Transport costs to and from the excursions
E. Transport costs from and to the airport.
Gift baskets include:
variety of eatable goods.
The duration of the promotion is from 20 July to 20 September 2022.
The territory of the promotion is the entire territory of European Union.
Only residents of European Union may participate in the Promotion.
Terms:
The registration of participants in the promotion and the drawing of prize winners will be ensured and guaranteed by the organiser of the promotion, HeavyFinance UAB, who will also contact the winners.
The winners will be contacted by HeavyFinance UAB at the email address or telephone number provided in the account registration form to arrange collection of the prize.
If the prize winner does not reply within 5 working days, a new winner will be selected.
The grand prize is a 5 (five) day trip to Porto, Portugal.
The winner must provide proof of identity in order to claim the prize.
If the winner does not provide proof of identity or if the details provided in the documents are different from the details provided in the registration form, the winner will not be entitled to the prize.
At the time of handing over the prize, the winner and the organiser of the promotion, HeavyFinance UAB, shall sign a prize transfer and acceptance certificate. After the signature of the deed, the winner shall not be entitled to make any claim or complaint against the organisers of the promotion.
The Promoters shall not be liable for any damages incurred during the trip.
The prize is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize that are not covered by these rules (such as transport or calling costs) will not be reimbursed to the winner.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure by entrants to comply with these rules.
The Promoter shall not be liable if a participant is excluded from the prize draw and the prize is not awarded due to non-compliance with the rules of the promotion, if the information provided by the participant is incorrect or inaccurate, or if the participant cannot be contacted due to reasons beyond the Promoter’s control.
In the event of force majeure, the Promoter has the right to terminate the Promotion unilaterally. In this case, the organiser must inform the Lithuanian Consumer Rights Protection Authority and publish information about the suspension on the campaign page.
Complaint policy:
All claims and complaints related to the organisation and/or execution of the Promotion must be submitted in writing by 15 August 2022 to the organiser UAB HeavyFinance at the address of the company code: 305576227, A. Mickevičiaus g. 5-101, LT-08119 Vilnius or by e-mail to info@heavyfinance.com, with the keyword “HF – Trip to Porto”, accompanied by a justified complaint and the annexes to the complaint documents or copies thereof.
Complaints submitted later than 15 August 2022 will not be considered.
The Campaign Organiser shall reply to the complaint in writing within fifteen days of receipt of the complaint.
If the Campaign Organiser considers that the complaint is justified, it shall inform the complainant of the status and date of the complaint. If the complainant is dissatisfied with the reply received, he/she shall have the right to defend his/her rights and interests in accordance with the procedure laid down by law. The date of lodging the complaint shall be deemed to be the date of dispatch. The name of the shareholder must be stated in the complaint.
The promoter warns that the information contained in the promotional material is for information purposes only.
Privacy Policy:
By participating in the HEAVY FINANCE “Trip to Porto” Promotion, participants confirm that they accept these Terms and Conditions and that the Promotion Organiser, the Customer and their designees may process their data for the purposes of organising the Promotion in order to identify the winners of the prizes, to announce them on the www.heavyfinance.com website, and to award prizes. The processing of the data is for the purposes of ensuring the proper implementation of the Promotion, the identification of prize winners and the awarding of prizes.
The personal data processor undertakes to ensure the security of personal data and to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unlawful destruction and/or accidental alteration, disclosure and any other unlawful processing. All employees of the Personal Data Processor and/or employees and representatives of the Promotion Organiser undertake to protect the personal data of the participants in the Promotion.
