Considering the needs of investors, we are introducing a new feature on the HeavyFinance platform. From now on, you will see all updates on overdue loans in your personal account.
With this functionality, you can now check the status of loans with overdue payments by yourself. You can find the latest information on the loans you have financed in the “Processing projects” section of your profile. There you can filter the loans you invested in by their late status and check what actions have already been taken by the HeavyFinance team.
Project notifications are divided into three categories: pre-judicial recovery, judicial proceedings and bailiff proceedings. So, with the new functionality, you can now see the entire loan recovery process from the first call to the farmer who is late to make a payment to the return of the funds to your account.
How to check the status of a late loan?
My account > Processing projects > Select project > Project updates
- After logging into your HeavyFinance account, go to “My account”
- Under “Processing projects”, select overdue loans (you can also filter them by their late status)
- Select the loan for which you want to read the updates, click “Project updates”
- Check the latest announcements and publication date
