You can also invest in projects with the received individual state guarantee, which in most cases guarantees 80% of the repayment of the outstanding credits. Besides, we sometimes list loans up to 10.000 €, which are only backed by sole accountability. When compared to loans secured by first-rank collateral, these loans have a 2% higher interest rate.
